I’m looking for people with experience in vertebrate animal models for biomedical research, scientific curiosity, a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and with a team. I’m also looking for fun people that will contribute to the dynamic atmosphere of the lab.

Postdoctoral Researchers

Postdoctoral researchers must have a PhD and have strong research experience in cellular and molecular biology and/or neurophysiology. This role will also include developing a semi-independent project and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students. Strong leadership and communication skills are important.

Technician

I am recruiting an experienced technician with a background in mammalian models for biomedical research and skills in either confocal imaging, electrophysiology, and/or molecular biology. This role will also include overseeing a semi-independent project and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students. Qualifications include a BS degree in biology, neuroscience, or a related field AND 2+ years of post-graduation research experience or a MS degree in biology, neuroscience, or a related field.
